Overview
A stainless steel corrugated membrane and silicone oil transfer the process pressure to the sensing element. Output can be analog (0.5 to 4.5 V, 4 to 20 mA) or digital (I2C, SPI, RS485), and flexible mechanical fittings such as M10 and G1/4 are available.
Construction
The first drawing shows the traditional construction. The second adds a built-in RTD temperature sensor, which provides a pressure and temperature (P+T) reading with digital output.
