How We Support You

Work directly with our engineering team on custom sensors, custom packaging and product validation, from concept to volume production.

01

Custom Sensors

Sensors built around your measurement range, signal chain and mechanical envelope, co-engineered with our team from concept to volume production.

  • Measurement and media: Pressure range, media compatibility and SS316 wetted parts matched to your operating environment.
  • Signal conditioning: Multi-order programmable calibration and temperature compensation, with 0.5–4.5 V, 4–20 mA, I2C, SPI or RS485 output.
  • Mechanical adaptations: Custom diaphragms, flexible port fittings (M10, G1/4, Luer Lock) and dual P+T integrated probes.
  • Firmware and integration: In-house firmware development (C/C++, Assembly) and optional wireless connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa).

02

Custom Packaging

Application-oriented packaging and micro-assembly in our own cleanroom, from bare die to a sealed, ready-to-mount sensor.

  • Package options: Polyamide molded lead frame (SMD or DIP), board-mount ceramic, miniature HTCC ceramic carrier, metal can, and oil-filled stainless steel modules.
  • Micro-assembly: High-precision die bonding with 5 µm accuracy, Au/Al wire bonding and vacuum reflow.
  • Hermetic sealing: Laser sealing and micro TIG welding.
  • Controlled environment: Class 10K / ISO 7 cleanroom with ESD control.

Product Validation

Calibration and testing that confirm each sensor meets your specification, with results traceable from batch to batch.

  • Calibration: Automated multi-point pressure and temperature calibration benches for batch-to-batch repeatability.
  • Leak testing: 100% helium mass spectrometer and pressure decay leak testing.
  • Automated test systems: LabVIEW test systems built around your product and test plan.
  • Traceability: Fully traceable, in-house manufacturing and test records.

How a project works

  1. Share your requirements

Tell us what you need to measure, the operating environment and your target specifications.

  2. Specification review

Our engineering team reviews feasibility and proposes a sensor, package and signal chain.

  3. Prototypes and samples

We build prototypes for you to evaluate in your application.

  4. Validation

Calibration and testing confirm the design meets your specification.

  5. Volume production

We move to volume production in our own facility, with traceable manufacturing records.
